Frank Scheepers
Founder, Chief Estimator & Consultant
Day to day management of our company is taken care of by Frank. As the original founder, Frank is the chief estimator and consultant regarding operations of the company with respect to all excavating projects including the asphalt grinding division.
Laurie Scheepers
Office Manager
Laurie performs our office accounting and managerial duties keeping the company running smoothly. Laurie has been with the company since 1996.
Scott Scheepers
Foreman
Scott is our Asphalt Grinding Foreman. He handles scheduling and supervision of the ongoing road projects, and acts as a liason between Badger and our clients, ensuring complete satisfaction.
Rod Stewart
Equipment Operator
With over 25 years of experience operating equipment and driving dump trucks, Rod is very familiar with our local area, and the customers who require our services. Rod brings with him insight into the daily operations of Badger, which helps the business to succeed.
